Commissions

Terms of Service + Additional Info.

☆All artwork for commissions are digital. You will not receive a physical piece of artwork- instead you will receive a digital file (such as PNG, or JPEG.)☆No AI is used in the making of my art.☆All of my artwork is hand drawn in a digital program (Clip Paint Studio and/or Paint Tool Sai) using a tablet.

☆Turn Around Time --
Turn around varies by many factors. If you have a deadline, please bring it up in your initial inquiry into the commission.
Please feel free to check in regarding the status of your art.
I will reach out and check in periodically, or in the instance of a delay on my part.Pay attention to your inbox- delays in communication cause delays in completion of the art!☆Updates and Revisions --
You will be sent a WIP of the art at the sketch phase. You may request edits to the sketch at this phase, with major edits past the 2nd revision potentially costing a revision fee.
You will also receive a WIP upon completion of Flat Colors and Shading, depending on your commission type. You may request small edits during this time.
Upon completion of sketch, after discussed revisions, requesting edits may involve further compensation/ revision fees.☆Cancellation and Refunds --
I reserve the right to decline commissions as I see fit.
For cancellations, I will refund the commission depending on the stage of the commission at the time of cancellation.
Cancellations before completion of the sketch will receive a full refund.
If it is past the sketch phase, you will receive a refund of the difference in completion costs, except in the final 80% of a commission.
You will not receive a final WIP in the result of a cancellation. Only the art of the phase that was paid in full, and not ultimately refunded.
(Example: If you pay for a fully shaded piece and cancel after flat colors are completed, but before the final 80% of your commission, you will be refunded the difference of a shaded and flat colored piece. You will receive the flat color artwork.)☆Posting, Commercial Use, and Credits --
I reserve the right to share the artwork on my social media platforms and use the artwork as examples of my art and commissions.
If you wish an artwork not be shared, make this known during your initial inquiry.
You may repost the artwork to your personal galleries with credit to me as the artist.
Commissions are for non-commercial use only. For profit or commercial use, mention your intention in the inquiry email.
You are not permitted to use the artwork for commercial use unless agreed upon.My artwork is not permitted to be used in AI generative works or as source for AI use.

☆Payment --
Payments are processed upfront and done via Paypal invoice in $USD.
Invoice will be sent upon agreement of commission, and payment will be due before the initial sketch WIP will be shared.

If this makes you uncomfortable, sketch price can be paid upfront, and the price of the full commission can be made after the initial sketch WIP is sent, but before I continue work on the sketch.☆How to Order --For all commission inquiries, please email me at [email protected]
I will not contact from another email.References may include written descriptions, pre-existing art, or photos.
Be as detailed or as open as you would like.
Detailed and clear references ensure I capture details correctly in the art. Even if it is a stick figure in the pose you would like.
As well, if something specific sticks out in one of my artworks that you would like to see in your commission, please point that out. (Such as: art style, coloring style, lighting, etc.)
I don't know what you have in mind unless you tell me!
If you do not have a desired pose, outfit, etc, or have just an aesthetic/vibe in mind- I can use artistic freedom as needed.
I can design as needed upon request- even whole characters.

Prices are base price.
Additional Characters, Backgrounds, Complexity, etc may increase pricing.
